Happy New Year Security Gang,
As the clock ticks toward midnight, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we’ve shared this year and over the last 6 years. The CyberHub Podcast began as a way to bring together the voices and stories of the cybersecurity world without fluff, filler or compromising values for content production, but it has become so much more. It’s a community—a family of professionals, enthusiasts, and innovators striving to make the world slightly more secure.
This past year, we’ve tackled tough topics like the Salt Typhoon attack recently, celebrated breakthroughs like Gen AI, and supported one another through challenges. We’ve shared insights, debates, and more than a few cups of coffee (or maybe that’s just me with my espresso obsession). Each episode, each message, each comment from you has reminded me why I’m so passionate about this work—not just the technology, but the people behind it.
To all of you who’ve tuned in, subscribed, shared, or even just listened quietly in the background: thank you. Your support, your engagement, your belief in what we’re building together—it means everything.
As we step into a new year, I want to send you my heartfelt wishes for health, happiness, and success in all your endeavors. May 2025 bring you growth, fulfillment, and maybe even a little extra time to enjoy a good steak or whiskey (you know I will).
Here’s to another year of learning, building, and thriving together. From my family to yours, Happy New Year!
Sincerely,
James Azar
